Two key ideas:
- On average, one of every four people with depression is somewhere over to the right on the “mood spectrum”: not manic, but not plain depression either. Antidepressants are tricky over there.
- Self-change (with workbooks or on your own) and psychotherapies are as usually as effective as an antidepressant.
